The traffic is ultra wild

Victor, our driver, was great fun with his dry sense of humor

People are very warm here, like to hug; sentences are formulated differently, as we know it: not - “could you wait for just a moment”, but - “you wait!” Which sounds hilarious to us.

Food is delicious, but super spicy

If you study medicine here, for example, you can expect to spend twice as long studying because the university is often on strike for a year!

The mosquitoes here only like Patrick's blood, nothing stings me near him, 1-0 for me;) Thank you my darling 😜

The air in dry season is so dry that some parts of my lips are already bloody

There is no garbage system, so you wait for the rainy season so that the plants overgrow the garbage - then it looks nice again ;)

There are schools here where children go for 5 years without being able to read

You wouldn't be allowed to drive 100% of the cars in Austria😅

The family and the community counts a lot here, which is really nice

The country itself is very expensive, and some areas come close to European prices
